Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 3 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.90 per order. 

Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days within Australia.

Please note that we do not offer Express Post services at this time.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (such as public holidays or delays with Australia Post). 

International Shipping

For now, we only deliver within Australia.

Lost or Damaged

If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, just email us at miller@goldiesstories.com.au and we’ll happily sort a replacement for you.
