Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! 

As a small business, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. 

However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Please check your item/s as soon as it arrives. If it’s faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, email us at miller@goldiesstories.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can look into it for you.

After 14 days from delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to process refunds or replacements.

If we confirm that your item is faulty or damaged and approve your claim, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days.
